1. Services Offered

ELB Pickup provides cleaning services to commercial food and beauty establishments, including but not limited to salons, spas, restaurants, and cafés. We do not service industrial, residential, medical, or construction spaces.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Clients must complete the booking form and submit payment to secure a service.

  • Service times are confirmed after ELB Pickup contacts you to schedule your cleaning.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of weather, emergencies, or staff shortages.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • For subscription clients, payments are billed monthly in advance.

  • We accept major credit cards and online payment platforms via our secure system.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscriptions must be cancelled before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

  • No refunds are issued for unused time or missed appointments within an active billing cycle.

  • One reschedule per billing cycle is allowed with 24 hours' notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide safe and clear access to cleaning areas.

  • Disclose any sensitive equipment or restricted zones in advance.

  • Remove or secure valuable items before service.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages to items not properly secured or disclosed. While we take care to perform services professionally, ELB Pickup is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

ELB Pickup reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
