Cancellation Policy
By booking a cleaning service with ELB Pickup, you agree to the following: Booking Confirmation:
Your booking confirms the business location, selected cleaning service(s), and any requested add-ons. An ElB Pickup representative will follow up via phone or email to set the actual cleaning schedule (date and time) based on availability. Service Area:
We currently exclusively serve businesses located in Etobicoke. Scheduling Communication:
Once your booking is received, we will contact you within 24 hours to finalize your service schedule.
Regular subscription clients receive priority scheduling. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. To maintain fairness and reliability for all our clients and staff, our cancellation policy is as follows: Subscription Clients (Weekly / Bi-Weekly Plans): * Cancellations must be submitted before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges. * No refunds will be issued for unused days or missed appointments within the current cycle. * You may reschedule up to 1 service per billing cycle, with at least 24 hours’ notice, at no additional cost. One-Time & Deep Cleaning Services: * Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. 3. Waitlist Policy In the event we are fully booked: * You may opt to join our waitlist by submitting your details through our online form. * We will contact you as soon as a slot becomes available in your requested timeframe or location. * Waitlist clients may be prioritized if they opt into a subscription plan. Additional Notes * Payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm your request. * ElB Pickup reserves the right to reschedule services due to extreme weather, staff emergencies, or health and safety concerns. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly and offered the next available slot. * By booking our services, you agree to these terms in full.
